All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain items—such as jewelry, seasonal items, clearance pieces, and special promotions—may be final sale and not eligible for return. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
